Begin Again

Hello everyone,

Welcome to 2017 – we made it !  A new year represents the chance to begin again. A popular topic would be to discuss new year resolutions, but to be honest, I find that notion slightly dated. Since a resolution means that you make a firm decision to do or not to do something. My ‘resolution’ is to not make any concrete decisions. I feel 2017 is the perfect time to make less decisions and be more carefree.

This year- all that I hope to achieve is to take on the opportunities that help me grow. These opportunities can be self-created, be given, and may change aspects of my life. Maybe I will want to learn a new skill, be more spontaneous, be given a dilemma, or become a morning person (that won’t happen).

A new year allows us to focus on the aspects of ourselves that we might of missed in the previous year.

Dinner on the cruise

Hello Everyone!

This dress was actually gifted to me from my bestie, and I hadn’t had a place to wear it! I was glad I was able to dress up while on vacation in the Caribbean seas. This is a pretty sexy little black dress that hugs every curve of your body! I love the high neckline of the dress and there is an open back. I still have so many photos from my trip that I am excited to share, so  I will be keeping ya’ll posted 🙂

Here is to a great weekend and to the beginning of the month of February. Saturday nights at the local bar are the busiest! I decided to wear a crop top that I borrowed from a friend, because sometimes you just want to wear something new!

I wore this forest green crop top from Stitches, Black leggings from Winners, a statement necklace I purchased at a boutique in the Netherlands, and shoes from Aldo.

Hello Everyone!

This week was a short one but regardless I am so happy about the weekend! Friday was a girls night in, we decided to watch movies, eat crepes and dress up. All in good fun haha! This is a simple look to wear during the holiday season. Red dress is from Old Navy, Boots are by Clarks shoes. Red lipstick by the maybeline colour riche collection (they are amazing!).

Hello Everyone!

This week was a crazy one, the piles of school work to be done is insane! I went to visit my mum in Toronto for a change and wore my new sport-tee dress from H&M I bought a couple of weeks ago. This dress is still out and pretty much new to the stores so if you like it, GRAB one! It is so stylish,flattering but edgy! I love mine, I wore to school with timberland boots and I felt like  hip hop style queen Kylie Jenner. (tbh) I also got a haircut! I love my longer hair but it was getting brittle, i wanted a trim but the hairdresser cut a little more than I planned.. I love the new look but I think it will take me forever to grow it back!
